In my spare time I enjoy sports, cooking and exploring Dartmoor and the Devon coastline with my wonderful family

I have been teaching in Devon for 4 years and before this, I was a professional musician in the Royal Marines Band Service for 9 years. I live in Exeter with my wife and two young children and go to Exeter Vineyard Church. My interests include playing music, doing sport, and being outdoors.

I love the great outdoors and have done so since I was a child. I’m passionate about how children learn about the world they live in and think it’s extremely important they understand how to live in harmony with nature and all living things. I have two beautiful teenage boys aged and as a family we enjoy the outdoors such as camping, kayaking, paddle boarding and being by the sea.

I moved from Manchester to Devon in 2018 with my 3 boys for a lifestyle change.  I was a childminder before I worked in education in Manchester for 5 years running an after school club and prior to that I worked in the NHS as a clinical support worker. My hobbies include paddle boarding, socialising and spending quality time with my family.
