Mrs Dolphin PGCE (Primary), NASENCo, PGDip Special Educational Needs
SENDCo Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator
Mrs Dolphin has worked as a teacher for over 17 years and has worked with children across the age phases in mainstream as well as special schools. She is dedicated and passionate about inclusion and supporting families. She is thrilled about being part of the team at Trinity school.
As a qualified School Business Manager with over 10 years experience of working in schools across both Devon and Lincolnshire, Mrs McNair is the school’s senior support staff professional and was instrumental in setting up the business management support systems at Trinity. Mrs McNair is primarily responsible for the management of the school’s Administration Function, Financial Resources, Human Resources, Procurement and Facility & Property Management. Outside of school Mrs McNair loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, going for long walks in the countryside and being mum to her wonderful 17 and 18 year old sons.
I'm hugely passionate about Trinity Primary School and am thrilled to be part of the staff team. I have been at Trinity since July 2018 and prior to that worked for 10 years as a team manager at an energy company and pride myself on my customer service skills. Working alongside Mrs McNair and Mrs Bee in the school office I aim to provide a friendly and helpful school administration service. My husband and I are Newcourt residents and have two energetic boys who love attending Trinity too.
I am really pleased to join Trinity Primary School and bring many years of admin experience with me, 11 of which were in an East Devon school. I live in Seaton with my husband Jim and Neville the cat. My son and daughter (who were both born on Christmas Eve!) have both left home and although I miss them I have plenty of time to try to keep fit by running or going to the gym. I also enjoy baking, socialising with friends, taught myself to crochet during lockdown and love to travel to as many countries as possible
Meal Time Supervisor
I am part of the lunchtime team at Trinity and love seeing the children gain confidence from those initial first days when they first arrive to when they have made firm friends and really start enjoying the lovely lunchtime experience Trinity offers. At home I'm a busy Mum to three boys, two of them attend Trinity.
Meal Time Assistant
I’m thrilled to be apart of the Trinity primary school team and look forward to helping the children during lunchtime. I have a son who attends the school.

I have been working as a Musician & Singer-Songwriter for 14 years and a Music Workshop Leader & Educator for 6 years. I founded Lofts Music Shed and led music making projects with Young People collaborating with many organisations in the South West. I have a wide experience of facilitating and delivering arts projects and absolutely LOVE to work with children making music. This year at Trinity I will be leading Whole Class Ensemble Teaching with KS1 & KS2, Music Making with EYFS and leading Singing in the Trinity Choir & Collective Worship.
I have provided P.E support to the children and staff at Trinity School since December 2017. Working with the children from the beginning of their school years is enabling us to teach them the Fundamentals of movement and ball skills and establish the foundations for a wide range of sporting and activity based interests. I am a sporting 'all-rounder' and was trained as a P.E teacher at University and although I did not take this path for the early part of my career I am now a Level 2 cricket coach, Level 1 rugby and tennis and a full time sports and P.E coach
