Breakfast, After School and Holiday Club

We are pleased to offer all children over the age of 3 who attend Trinity C of E Primary School access to our Breakfast and After School Club which is available Monday to Friday from 7.30am to the start of the school day and after school from 3.15 - 6pm.

We are based in the school hall which is a lovely big space for the children to use with access to the library and the outside area too. Access is through the fire doors to the left of the main entrance.  

Our Breakfast Club will provide your child with a fun and healthy start to their school day.

The Bee Happy Breakfast Club is open every school morning from 7:30am.

There's a huge choice of activities on offer for your children, from games and activities such a Lego, books, drawing, colouring and puzzles, as well as the option of taking advantage of the outside space.

We offer all children attending the early birds breakfast club a choice of a healthy breakfast such as cereal, crumpets, toast, fruit and yoghurts.

Our After School Club is a great place to create, play and relax after a busy day at school

We offer two choices for the After School Club with sessions running until either 4.30pm or 6pm.  

Children are able to play with the wide range of free play activities and crafts on offer or simply chill out with a book as well as enjoying yoga, Go Noodle dancing and getting outside in the fresh air whenever possible. Around 4.30pm a snack is offered to the children and options can include soup, pasta and sauce, toasties, crumpets, fruit and a drink to sustain them until they leave at 6pm. 

Cost

Nursery children aged 3-4 

Breakfast Club - £6.00 per session

After School Club - From £7.00 per session until 4.30pm only. 

School children (Reception to Year 6) 

Breakfast Club - £5.00 per session

After School Club - From £6.85-£10.20 per session depending on pick up time. 

Booking:

We request that where possible bookings for each half term are made in advance.

Bookings will be released in the early part of the half term before the one being booked.

These can only be done using School Gateway - you can visit the website or we recommend all parents download and use the mobile app.

Payment can also be made on School Gateway. However, we also take payment via a number of vouchers schemes. Payment must be made immediately after booking and if using vouchers please submit the below form each time you make a payment:

If a booking is no longer required, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid being charged for the session.

Bookings on school gateway will close 8 days before the session. If you require a last minute adhoc booking please email beehappyclub@trinityprimaryexeter.co.uk or call the office on Fridays between the hours of 12midday and 3pm.

Please book all sessions in advance. Failure to do as may result in being turned away.
