Carrie Searle

Early Years Teaching Assistant
Carrie describes herself as an enthusiastic, caring and determined person. As Mum to two lovely children she is thoroughly committed to giving them the best possible start in life through a balance of nurture and education, and being a full time mum for the last 6 years inspired her to pursue a career in Early Years learning. Carrie loves the outdoors and travelling and has spent time working in various volunteering roles in early years education home and abroad. She prides herself on her ability to adapt her teaching approach to suit a variety of children's needs and has learnt that compassion and patience can go a long way.
