A warm welcome to all those starting with us in September!
Below are listed all the induction documents that we have issued so far.
If you haven't already, please read through the pack and complete the various forms.
We appreciate that there is a lot of information to take in, and are always happy to answer any queries.
We look forward to working with you and your child to build our school community!
Dates for Your Diary
By now all families should have been contacted about their Reception application. We want to ensure the smoothest and least stressful transition into school for both adults and children. In order to achieve this we run a full induction process and would love it if you could join us on the dates below.
Tuesday 12th June 18:00-19:30
Parent Information Evening- We invite you to come and meet the Head Teacher, Early Years Leader and Nursery Class Teacher for a presentation about starting Nursery. You will be given an Induction Pack and the opportunity to ask any questions.
Thursday 5th July 10:00-11:00
Reception Stay and Play - You are invited to stay and play with your child. This is a great opportunity to familiarise your child with their new class and teachers. We will use this as an opportunity to get to know you and your child.
Monday 16th July 12.00-13.00
Family Lunch. Come and join us for a family lunch and experience our lovely school meals. Please let the office know if you are able to come.
Tuesday 4th September & Wednesday 5th September
Meetings with class teacher. This is an opportunity for you to meet with your child's class teacher and discuss and final questions and information.
Thursday 6th September- School Starts at 8.50am!
We look forward to seeing you all and can't wait to begin this exciting journey with you!
The meal choices for each day are listed so you don’t need to worry about which week it is. Don’t forget to press submit when you have selected your choices.
Please complete the form even if your child will be having a packed lunch.
This will only be used in an emergency so does not need to be uniform. We suggest old, plain clothes in a labelled carrier bag!
What to take home
You do not need to take your PE Kit, wellies, slippers and spare clothes home every day. You do need to take home lunch bags, drinks bottles and anything else you bring day to day (rather for the whole term).
Please supply water only in a labelled drinks bottle.
